In coordination with your hospice’s leadership team, Weatherbee will:

• Review Policy and Procedure documents for compliance and offer recommendations for improvement (Weatherbee’s Policy and Procedure documents are currently CHAP approved and currently seeking ACHC approval);

• Assist with the accreditation self-study to ensure adherence to the accreditation organization’s standards;

• Ensure site-visit readiness by providing a Mock Survey;

• Assist with the post-Mock Survey Plan of Correction, if needed;

• Provide assistance and coaching in preparation  for the accreditation site visit including online tasks, records preparation, and inspector workspace;

• Ensure readiness for the initial accreditation survey or re-survey by providing customized education, clinical record auditing, and executive/staff coaching and support.
